Utopia Property Management- San Jose definitely helped me out when it was needed. I was basically starting over and they were willing to work with me. Within the time that I have lived in the unit, it has been amazing. The on-site landlord has been amazing. Maintenance definitely keeps the property on point. Shannon from Utopia worked miracles and found tenants for our home very quickly, at the price we agreed on, who could move in on the first of the next month. Shannon is tremendously knowledgeable, very professional, and incredibly responsive. I think I accidentally bugged her when she was on vacation and she still replied to my questions and addressed my concerns. This is our first time working with a property management company and the entire rental prices has been so much easier and stress free thanks to Shannon. It was a very hectic season for our family and Shannon relieved us of all the pressure of finding tenants, showing the house, getting leases signed, and more. Utopia manages my apartment in San Jose and I am very happy with their work. I live in Europe and wouldn't be able to be as active as if I lived in the US.
