Shannon from Utopia worked miracles and found tenants for our home very quickly, at the price we agreed on, who could move in on the first of the next month. Shannon is tremendously knowledgeable, very professional, and incredibly responsive. I think I accidentally bugged her when she was on vacation and she still replied to my questions and addressed my concerns. This is our first time working with a property management company and the entire rental prices has been so much easier and stress free thanks to Shannon. It was a very hectic season for our family and Shannon relieved us of all the pressure of finding tenants, showing the house, getting leases signed, and more.
